Well if your king lets Angel Cartel still retain being holders or go back to being holders, he can't be all that great.  Doesn't exactly scream "upstanding citizen" and "Has people's best interests at heart".

Honestly I was kinda under the impression the curse involvement cancelled anything out before it So... greater measure would probably be curse. And of course it doesn't concern me.
